Does the update search work?

Version 4.10. I didn't even know that version 4.10 had already been released. I read it here.
The program should automatically search for updates. But does not show an update. If I also search for an update from the program, I am displayed that I use the latest version.
Doesn't the update search from the program work?

It does work, but I usually wait some time from I release a new version until I let it prompt existing users for an update.
